John Madejski's Wallet While many of us like the idea (personally I think its a necessity), has Gomes ever indicated that he's particularly a fan of 3 at the back?

Thought he went that route a couple of times away from home towards the end of last season (Norwich maybe?). Think he used Yiadom as the third centre back

Snowflake Royal It did feel like 3 days isn't enough to integrate a keeper, plus it gives Virginia a second chance to shine.
Ejaria, very little time to get up to speed so makes sense too.
Surprised no Loader at all, especially Olise ahead on the bench. Totally ok with it, just didn't expect it. Barrett in and no Barrow so the rumours of his exit seem very strong.
I think it's not quite the settled first XI, but it's closer and we should have a greater presence upfront and a stronger midfield. Time for Swift to deliver in his best position. Pretty big strong wings too!
