The Enfield Royal71 Cruciate gone. Liverpool are pfucked.
Even if his cruciate has gone Liverpool still have half of the keepers in the Premier League to drop the ball at their feet like they did last season.

6-8 weeks out. Incredible healing abilities.
Re the Norwich game - Liverpool looked as potent going forward as last season, but I think Klopp will be concerned by the defence, which was breached a few times, especially in the first 20 minutes, when Pukki kept finding himself through on goal, and this continues a trend from pre-season. Gomez wasn't his usual solid self and Klopp will need to decide if he persists with him alongside Van Dijk (its surely their best long-term option) or brings back Matip, who finished last season well.
As luck would have it, they've stumbled upon a pretty decent backup keeper in Adrian.

this is what I was banging on about...
Liverpool don't have the depth so a few key injuries and they're fooked
As JM said yesterday the Man City B team could compete for the title

Agreed. Couldn’t believe the lack of depth added to their squad in the summer and they will more than likely struggle (by their recent standards) because of it.
Man City’s title again already. Perhaps there should be a thread to guess which game it’ll be that they drop the point in. Still at least the Championship and lower leagues will be better value as per usual.

Not surprised that (like City) they didn't invest much in the transfer window.
With Gomes, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Brewster and Lallana all being available when hardly available last season I think the squad is slightly stronger.
A bit premature IMHO to give City the title already after beating West Ham and drawing with Liverpool in the Charity Shield.

Wait, what?
City bought 2 players with a combined figure of about £151m!

Sanguine Filing Mangala in the 'weird' box with Bony. Mangala looked great at Porto in the Champions League but useless every time he stepped on the pitch here. And Bony was a shadow of the player at City that he was at Swansea, although I'm wondering if you can mark him down as another of those players who scores a lot of goals in Holland and not elsewhere.

Sanguine Fun* Robinho fact - caps for Brazil 100, most league appearances for one club 108 (Milan).
Strangely unfulfilled talent.
