Otherwise - Tottenham away

It seems only yesterday we were drawing at home to a 8 man Yeovil.

Anyway, Rochdale, home or away, don't care. We last played them 35 years ago.

That was when Brighton pipped us on the last day to the playoffs and started calling us tinpot

Those extra 2 points would have mattered

Has to be Oxford away lol....and depending on tomorrows results....Portsmouth or Forest Green away should be fun trips, however we will be away to some northern championship side like Preston or Sheff Weds

.Yes to FGR!!!!....I would not know who to support and expect FGR to do RFC over and Matt Mills to score 4.

Crawley at home. Let's go as far as we can in this competition. Luck of the draw and PL teams playing weakened sides mean we could get quite far. Look at Burton last season for an example of what can be achieved.

They beat Carlisle and I believe that of all the teams Reading have played in the league it’s Carlisle that have gone the longest gap since Reading last played against them (last game being May 1982).

Personally want Cambridge at home, if they get through. Otherwise, any home tie, preferably against lower league opposition. Nothing too dreary like Preston or Forest.

So who does that leave that we've never played? Salford, FGR, Morecambe, Fleetwood?

Of the current 92 clubs, Reading have never played competitive games against

Accrington Stanley
Fleetwood
Forest Green Rovers
Morecambe
Newport County
Salford City
Wimbledon

Crawley and Stevenage have only been played in cup games.

Accrington and Wimbledon are different entities to those that existed previously, believe Newport are as well but not 100%
