URZZZZ Obita - should be back for Wigan
Boye - back for Brentford
Joao - back in training today, unlikely to make Brentford
Adam - also back in training

Adam played 60 minutes in the recent friendly at Hogwood against Bournemouth (the one Jack Stacey scored in for them)

Didn't know that game happened, cheers

Good to see us only lose 1-0 with a young team against a team with plenty of first teamers

Guessing it’s the groin strain he got at Brentford

Prob shouldn’t have played the Leeds match from the sound of it

Another classic Delboy pointless thread. Unreal.

Just for Spizz's sake...

Swift - out for 3-4 weeks
Ejaria - ill, presume he'll be back next week
Baldock - haven't heard the latest
Obita - was touch and go for today, in contention for next week with a whole week of training behind him

Just as soon as we get Joao and Boye back, we get another couple injured  Typical

It's how it goes. Not a crisis, but Swift is clearly a big loss.

Actually be quite interested in how we play with Pele, Rino and Ejaria.

Tried that trio against Bristol, was poor until we changed shape and Moore joined them in midfield. But that was when Ejaria was on a poor run of form so it may work next time

Baldock and Ejaria should be back for selection
Obita still a doubt
Joao struggling with his knee, also a doubt
Swift out

frustrating with Joao.

Bizarre comment from JLow: Not at today's press conference due to work commitment

I wonder what goes on his world sometimes

Um, presumably, his job? He's clearly not full-time on Reading, and that is not his fault. I'm sure he does his best to juggle various parts of his role, but sometimes things just clash and decisions have to be made.

Yeah, I seem to remember a while ago that he confirmed that he was splitting his duties between RFC and other GetReading/Evening Post/whatever they're called these days duties.

Yep. I have no problem with him. Decent guy who does his best with limited info.

yeah yeah I get all that. The point being is to 99% people who come across him, reporting on Reading FC IS his job.

No doubts he does plenty of other stuff behind the scenes, but surely he realises it comes across as a comment open to ridicule

Not really. It’s a part time job that won’t be paying much. That inner Farage is coming out in you again.
