Franchise FC If three teams were to get 100+ points it would be the greatest of all time - at any level - ever
(and yes, I know you've already put your caveats in)

paultheroyal but I will stick to my theory that you will need the lowest points tally required to get into 2nd at end of season, lowest points tally to finish 6th and you will need the highest to finish in 21st place.

I clearly need coffee, I thought you were saying you needed higher points to finish in 21st than in 2nd.....

Does this mean the quality is good, because the teams are evenly matched or is the quality bad because the are no stand-out teams?

Sutekh Sky came up with the stat that since 14th October only Leeds, Brentford and WBA have managed more points than Reading from games played.
Therefore if the season had started then, Reading would be 4th
Yet we’re all still unconvinced

Are we? I'm very convinced about Bowen. He's done a fantastic job and the team are one or two players, or clicking in the right combination, from being potential promotion contenders next season.

Royalwaster Dare I say it but we're a bit McD. Playing badly but still coming away with the points, or maybe not badly, but not winning convincingly.
