Hound I’d certainly rotate for Blackpool but leave things pretty much as they are for the moment in the league
Rino, Olise, Richards, Obita, Walker, Howe, Miazga, Boye, Baldock could all do with 90 mins

Should we keep a back four that has kept 4 clean sheets in a row? Yes. Yes is the answer
However Yiadom isn’t back for a couple of weeks yet I don’t think so circumstances by then may change

As I said in the op the best players don’t necessarily make the best team. Where gunter may lack in technical ability he may have a more natural partnership with Morrison beside him or those in midfield in front of him.

That's speculation though. Works both ways. He might have a better partnership with Morrison or those in midfield in front of him.

Hence me using the word ‘may’. But using your own logic It’s also speculation that yiadom is our best right back....

Nah. Yiadom is very clearly our best RB. It's not hard to see that.

Even if he was back now, IMO he has to work his way back into the team from the subs bench, even though I think he's easily better than Gunter.

Depends on the player no? Swift didnt have to work his way back into the team.
You think if TAA got injured Klopp wouldn't slot him back in even if Gomez had been good?

We hadn't just won 3 games in a row with 4 clean sheets. We very obviously missed Swift, we're not missing Yiadom.

And if we had won 3 in a row you would be against bring our best player back into the team?

Dont think you will find many top teams that keep playing their back up player when their starter returns from injury based on the team performance. Gunter has done well since being brought back into the fold but that is what you should expect of a back up player.
Yiadom has been one of our most impactful players this season. His defensive statistics line up very favourably with Gunters. His 3 assists only put him behind Swift and Joao in that regard. In fact he is our only defender to have contributed directly to more than 2 goals so far.
Gunter has long been a player I havent rated. He is playing well right now but still hasn't met the standards Yiadom set. The benefits that come with playing Yiadom outweigh the "never change a winning team" myth for me.

Gunter should have had at least one assist against QPR
Is it his fault Ejaria missed a sitter? Joao probably should have scored from his cross? Is that Gunter’s fault that the crosses he’s doing aren’t being converted?
A backup player should be able to stake their place in the team, otherwise what’s the point of them even trying if the regular comes in straight away regardless of how the backup is playing
