Hendo Looks like Shane Duffy is off to Celtic, which will obviously cool any interest they had in Moore.
But might revive Brighton’s interest...

I think he has and therefore, depending on who you ask, Brighton may or may not be interested in signing Liam Moore. Its quite the conundrum.

So what are you saying? Brighton may now not be after Moore because of the Ben White deal?

Well that is an interesting question you raise.
Firstly let's look at Brightons CB options now that Shane "Own Goal" Duffy has left.
Their main CB pairing last season was the English duo of Dunk and Webster, who were actually quite successful. Duffy featured quite frequently however and managed to not score any own goals (which is quite the feat).
With Duffy out and Ben White reportedly snubbing interest from Scumbag FC they appear to have a direct swap in terms of CB options, with many believing White to be a significant upgrade despite his lack of Premier League experience. This is mainly due to his superb form last season under Bielsa where he looked every bit a Premier League defender.
However that does only leave them with 3 CBs going into the new season. Is that a risk Potter is willing to take? Who knows. But one thing is for sure: The Barcelona of the South Coast could or could not be interested in signing Liam Moore to sit on their bench.

Dan Burn is there too, he is technically a CB.

I'll admit my research was essentially non existent. Thought he played LB for them quite often..

Yeah he did, think he would revert to CB if needed though. Think they have enough cover there to not want Liam Moore though, Brighton should be looking at strikers and wingers really.

Spot on-there is now way that they need Moore.
BTW Dan Burn must surely be the tallest player ever to play at full-back?

Old Man AndrewsWestYorksRoyalkwik-silva There's some photos up on the OS.
Looks like Olise, Swift, Rino and Laurent all started. As did Araruna!
Laurent must be asking himself what the oxf*rd he has got himself in to.
Why would he care? He has been given a massive pay rise to play Championship football, he probably couldn't give a toss.
Think a lot is made of players being affected by changes in management/ownership. As long as they get paid they do not give a toss, management changes are part and parcel of modern day football.

Players are humans. If i started a new job only to see the boss who recruited me get sacked without being at fault 2 weeks later, I'd definitely be questioning my decision. But then we've been a basket case for a couple of years now and football is an unstable industry.
