Don't worry about a defeat. Bound to happen at some point. It took the beloved 106 team all of 1 game to get a defeat iirc.

Let's hope we can get something anyway!

Snowflake Royal Hands behind your back isn't a natural position.

VAR would give that.

Agreed he turned into it,even though his hands were behind his back.

skipper
Hendo Both of those handballs get given in the Prem, whether it’s right or wrong. Shouldn’t be one rule for one and one for another.

Our version of the rule is the correct one. It's the Prem that needs to change.

That’s neither here nor there. The top division in the country should be the standard which is set.

Hound Thought Aluko has been decent tbh. Would keep him on

Our only option would be Puscas on the wing... I think he and Olise have to play no matter what

Credit where it’s due Coventry’s high press is causing us issues. Cm need to get hold of the ball a bit more. Rino and Laurent have been bypassed too much.

His usual shimmies and turns and runs that don't actually lead to much IMO. But he's not been bad by any means.

Joao and Puscas up top, Laurent and Rino advance a touch, Semedo and Olise out wide. Simples.

Or could have Joao drop into the middle, or go wide as he did the other week.

Puscas can't really play anywhere but up top

Being an ironic STG is exhausting. I love and value and appreciate all our players so much, even Aluko. I’ll just be pleased at the end of the game knowing they all tried their best, whatever the result.

We're still looking more dangerous. Don't need to change too much.

If we want to take Aluko off for some reason then bring Watson on at right back and shift Esteves up.

Cov are pressing very hard all over the pitch. Can they keep this up 2 nd half.Or will Pauno change tack.Maybe Puskas on;but that would probably be for one of the CMs.So he may wait for last 20 minutes. However Semedo might get the hook, hardly in the game, looks a luxury.Estevez has been poor thus far.

Very interesting for me watching this match in a pub in Wokkers, where there seem to be a lot of Reading "fans" - the negativity and shit atmosphere when a Reading player makes even a minor mistake is unnerving.
Lends a huge amount of credence to the theory that Reading are doing better this season because of the absence of live crowd support... this evening, a little bit less lucky on some occasions and being absolutely berated by the chavs here.

I hope PAUNO gave a good team talk at half time. Cov have been pretty good and we haven’t been clinical

I

Seemingly blue shirts everywhere when we do attack have they got 11 players on the pitch?

Laurent would not have taken that shot last week.
