2-1 Reading (Puscas 75)
Just out of interest why the need to include reading to win from behind? If you have reading to win and PNE to score first the. It must be reading to win from behind, unless I’m. Missing something
A few reasons.
Often people make errors. Sometimes the scorers show (say) Reading winning 2-1 but the score says 1-2
I can often “work out” what is intended but if things are CLEARLY STATED then I can just enter data like an automaton and much quicker
Seems to me decidedly unfair that I should have to work out what a HT score is, or realise, “Oh, I see Preston are down for first goal, but Reading win, THEREFORE, RDG win from behind”
Each individual has a minute’s work to get their one entry right. ANALYSING entries takes a lot longer and Im doing 25-30
People will post (say)
Reading 0-1 Preston (46) not bothering to make it clear that it was 0-0 at HT. Sure I can PRESUME it’s a goal in the first minute of the second half, but if people can’t be @rsed to use proper format then they start on -5 points. Their loss
Or say I reward people for making my data entry easier. Even with better formatting there are half a dozen errors or more most weeks
