Sutekh In talks over extending stay

https://www.goal.com/en/news/timbe-keny ... un47g9nm11

Also are Timbe and Wanyama really the only Kenyan internationals to play in England?

Decent replacement for McCleary who's contract expires in June.

I presume it's initially about extending his loan contract to cover the end of this season, whenever that will be, although its good to see him talking about the level of preparation and professionalism in England and how he want to continue being a part of that.

Not seen nearly enough to make any real judgement on him but he's got blistering pace and having played in Belgium with some success, he should have decent ability so could offer decent value going forward.

He’s looked skilful on the ball but surprisingly reluctant to use his pace to run at the opposition. We need to see more of him.

Perhaps because he'd seen enough of our team to realise that he'd be up there on his own waiting ages for support to arrive!

Assuming he's a free agent because he's not very good at football.

Nameless Already under contract to the Yonge’s Chinese club so not sure what the references to buy out clauses aren’t all about.
+1
I imagine the transfer fee and clauses may be more a case of where the owner wants the money to go for tax and financial fair play reasons, in fact if the another club the owner has is cash rich they may arrange for them to buy all/one of our surplus players for a few £m as a way of getting money into Reading FC and/or sell a player to Reading FC cheap

He's not worth the hassle of having to put up with those Kenyan dickheads posting like broken robots on every Reading related article.

To be fair, he's probably the best winger we've signed for three/four years now

I'm not convinced he was as good as Josh Simms or Lucas Boye.

Read the subtext there.
