Season to start on the last weekend in July. Last game to take place on Saturday 12 November, and it resumes on December 10th which is at the end of the WC group stages

So if Scotland or Wales get through to the knockout phases, EFL clubs will just be expected to be ok with not having their best players available to them? Think there is a fair amount of EFL representation in both national sides.

I assume the usual international call up rule applies whereby if you have 4(?) called up then then you can ask to postpone your match
