Clubs should be fined and players banned if refusing to Vaccinations. Utterly ridiculous

Teams should just play and use reserves of youth players.
URZZZZ
NathStPaul Football should continue regardless. The liklihood is that it is too late to stop it infecting most of the population so just get on with it.

Would end up with a situation with some teams 5/6 games ahead of others. Not ideal

Simple thing Is just make the teams play

If half of a team are negligent and refuse vaccines just sod it.

No you just play regardless of who has COVID and who doesn't. It won't be going anywhere, they will all get it anyway so just play. Take precautions of course but just play. These are fit and healthy athletes playing at a time where a less dangerous variant is rife, at some point you just live with it and get on with your life.

I accept I am in the minority btw, I just can't see the point in trying to stop something that is more or less impossible to stop. If there were thousands dying each and every day then yes of course you stop football but there isn't, deaths and hospital admissions are currently the same as they were. When you take into account we are talking about professional athletes here there is no reason to stop matches from taking place provided the players are happy to play.

Perhaps, but whether you agree or not the vaccine is a personal choice which is what you were talking about

Stranded EFL confirming today that 25% of players have confirmed they have no intention on getting vaccinated.

Maybe players should have to show covid passes to get into stadiums like the rest....

Think you could argue it does ruin the competitiveness of the league on the other hand

Look at Everton’s team tonight at Stamford Bridge. Likely to be a huge waste of time

Do the players know who is and who isn't vaccinated?
If not then they probably should as they just don't the situation over who to kiss and cuddle.

Also taking the shirt off and running into the crowd should now be a red card offence rather than yellow as it could end up causing death.

They have lateral flow tests almost daily, so they already meet the government requirements for entry.

It won't be long before footballs stopped.

One of the scientists will be able to confirm that triple-jabbed doesn’t prevent you getting it.

They could all be triple jabbed and we could still have games off

Not sure why you continue to find this so hard to understand. Fans don't have to prove that they are double jabbed, a negative test is sufficient to gain entry to a stadium. Just like for the players.

Decent hit from Trent last night. Chelsea still look a classy side, but it's looking more and more like a two horse race again this season. Liverpool have won six in a row since defeat at West Ham (eight if you include the CL), City have seven on the bounce.
