I can only assume he's putting a lot of blame on Southwood for the recent amount of goals shipped. Big pressure on a 19 year old to come in and do well if he goes straight into the starting XI.

The benefits are that he is tall, so should be pretty good from set pieces you'd consider and that he has international experience. Estonia are not exactly going to be winning any awards, but it's still international experience nevertheless and they aren't the worst international side out there.
