So I’ll give you an example with a lemon: if you put lemon in your tea, it’s still going to taste like lemon. If you put it in food it’s still going to taste like lemon. It’s the same with players.

The thing is, I think a lot of the times he says the right things, the title of this topic excluded but I'm not convinced he has the capability to translate that into results.

That could be describing the modern day PR machine controlled player interviews too. We’re letting the manager down, we need to put it right on the pitch blah blah blah.

That's dreadful quality.

Lots of nice words, but they're never backed by any action on the pitch.

We had the same striker options up front!? Puscas and Joao couldn’t be much more different.

You can't change a player's approach or character? Then stop oxf*rd playing Drinkwater.
