The circumstances he's had to deal with are arguably the worst that any Reading manager has faced since the 1980s. But - he's been given time to prove that he's up to the job and he clearly isn't. If we weren't in absolute freefall I would say let him see out the season - but its' obvious that we're going to continue with this 'just waiting to lose' mentality until we make a chance.
