8 defeats in a row is one thing

14 losses in 19 games is another. Baffling he's still in the job.

I can't think of a football manager with such a terrible record of defeats who's kept his job, ever .........it must only be money that's stopping him walking away ......I bet he'd rather be anywhere else than here with us

Don't think he'll go tonight. He'll be given the game against Peterborough and will go after we lose that and drop into the bottom 3.

andrew1957 It has come to the point where I expect us to lose and have lost all hope of a win. I fully expect Coventry to turn us over on Saturday which will take the gloss off the celebration of achieving 150 years. But miracles do happen............

It was just so predictable.

Problem with Paunovic is he has no shame. He has no connection with the club, he knows he's gone in a few months and therefore couldn't give a single fcuk. Just wants his money.

NathStPaul
JR That was a great effort by the boys today - by far the better team and at least a load of kids will be wanting to come back after a very entertaining game (assuming they were not out off by the hooligans who invaded the pitch).

Shame we were victims of our corner stupidity, Junior’s recklessness and two cruel deflections (again)

One of the worst posts of all time. Well done.

Rather than slagging off people that try and provide an alternative opinion, how about you provide some constructive debate?

For the avoidance of doubt, I want Pauno out, but still think we have to be more objective on each performance. Just assuming a loss means it’s a disastrous performance is over simplifying it.

To be fair I cannot remember the last manager who walked. They typically hold on until they are put out of their misery. Surely the owners have to act now.

Oh I don't blame him for not walking, it shouldn't be his decision. No manager in this day and age walks away from a contract. Was just trying to explain why he doesn't give a fcuk.

You really cannot defend the indefensible. First the Derby come back and then 8 losses in a row!

Would really like the three virgins who write for the Tilehurst End to call the lads who invaded the pitch "brainless idiots" to their faces. Would pay good money to see that actually.

Not scanning through the entire thread but I thought the players did ok today. Everyone put decent effort it and individually though they were ok

Stupid of Hoilett to get himself sent off of course

Brilliant to see Meite back but clearly lacking in fitness

But.. the management of the side is fcuking horrendous. 2 goals either side of ht like Bristol. More goals conceded for this abysmal put everyone in the area tactic - the first a direct result of it

Not bringing on 3 subs when down to 10 men, and the 2nd late. Abrefa on? Bizarre. Not bringing on your 6ft 4 striker when a goal down? Not resetting the team after a sending off?

The organisation is an absolute joke. We’re playing against the opposition and our own manager every time we step on the pitch

8 defeats and 28 goals conceded in 7 games isn’t it? How the hell is he still here
