NathStPaulJagermesiter1871Zip Jnr saying Yids was fronting up to the fans tonight. A bit of humility wouldn’t go amiss from him and all the other players right now.
Don't know if this is lost in translation but he seems to be the only players whos spoken to the fans:

Fair play to him. He's one player that in my opinion you can't knock his effort. He cares.

leon Good to see you’re all arguing about the finer details of a contract you’ve never seen.

Zip Abusing Drinkwater isn’t going to help. It’s seems more and more to me that the owners are not taking any responsibility at all here along with a non existent board of directors
So all the abuse is being aimed at Pauno first and foremost and then the players.

‘You’re all’?
Ian stated that there were no potential negatives to breaching a contract.
I outlined the potential negatives of breaking a contract for an employee.
He then went on to further support his claim with assumed knowledge of the details of a contract he hasn’t seen.

Royal_jimmy That really was last night. I didn't think our fans had it in them

This is nonsense.
I've made no claim about the contents of the contract. I've merely rubbished your post.
The contents don’t interest me, because whatever they are they'd have to be enforced by legal action that would be a waste of time, probably wouldn’t succeed because there’s no appreciable loss to the club from walking, and could be circumvented in different ways.

F/ck it I’m on a train journey so I’ll bite.
Legal action is only long and laborious if you don’t already permanently have lawyers on the payroll. I’d imagine the owners of the club have lawyers permanently on the payroll.
The only way anyone could have any idea of the likelihood of legal action succeeding or failing would be if they knew the details of the contract.
Having to advertise for and employ a new manager between now and the end of Pauno’s contract would be expensive. It might not be that expensive compared to the overall income and expenditure of the club, but some employers and business people just choose to follow contracts and use legal processes on principle regardless of the financial motivation.

It's an expense required in a few months anyway. So no additional expense.
No one is going to successfully sue a manager who has lost 14 out of 20 games for breach of contract for walking out.
It's nonsense.
