paultheroyal Good luck - will keep an eye on others - id imagine Reading are very high odds for something similar - but its got to happen right? Be worth a £1?

I suppose it's worth £1 given our record up there. Sold.

yeah - i think going with cards damages the bet somewhat - 1st half cars are rare...

will have a look later and post up

You are right about first half cards-if betting in that market only it is often best to wait until half-time when the quote will usually be significantly lower.
BTW when it comes to Reading we are one of the cleanest sides in The Championship.

Wasn't the red card on Saturday the first one under Pauno? Pretty good going to get through nearly 2 years without one.

Well done Paul.
Just out of interest, since the start of the year there have been 3 goals or more in 10/12 of our games.
Bookies usually quote just under evens for over 2.5 goals seemingly for whoever is playing.

We used to be a good bet in the corners over market but not so much this season.

Reading to beat B'ham and Ince to score is 10/1.

Reading 1-0, Ince to score is 55/1. But Ince first scorer and last scorer is 70/1. Surely same thing?

No, we could win say 2-1 with Ince scoring the first goal, Birmingham equalising and then Ince scoring again.

Good luck with your Drinkwater bet which must surely happen some time with a missed tackle.
I will probably stick with goals over 2.5 (they concede a few) plus Holmes and/or Morrison to score anytime.

Yeh sorry, I mean if it finishes 1-0 it's the same thing, just much better odds (unless he has to score two, but it definitely isn't clear). And also gives you an extra chance in the scenario you explained.

I was sure the 1-0 scoreline was implicit in your post

I'm sure it wasn't, thus the reply.

Just to clarify for everyone's benefit...
I was going to do Reading to win 1-0, Ince to score at 55/1.
Then I looked at Ince to score first and Ince to score last, which came out at 70/1, even though this would also be the case if he scored and we won 1-0. Basically the question was would he need to score twice? I think it's a loophole, but I'm sure B365 will have something to say about it if it comes in.

Oddly enough I looked on B365 and if you do it on a bet builder first goalscorer is 60/1, last goalscorer (the same thing) is 55/1, anytime goalscorer (again the same thing) is 60/1, combining first and last takes your 60/1 down to 55/1
