TiagoIlori A lot of Blackpool fans do not approve of his man management seemingly, very cold person who isn’t nice to work with. We seem to have a close group of players so if it goes wrong it could end quite badly.

paultheroyal Hopefully Ince will stick around when Fabio Cannavaro is appointed next week.
Give a bit of balance to the new management team.

leon Right so Paunovic is now the victim as opposed to someone who’s been dragging us down?
Seriously chaps. There’s been very little chanting for him to be out, no online hate campaign, there’s been absolutely no ridiculous things like death threats or issues with family.
You know, like those loveable types the Geordies do to their managers.
Get a grip. He was massively shit.

Your thoughts on our owners and board of directors in all of this?

Well they weren’t making the team unfit to play 90+ minutes, utterly disorganised, lacking any plan whatsoever and completely failing in any game management.
On the board of directors?
Should have sacked the clown months ago.
And then themselves.

That’s the point I’m making. He should have gone by Fulham at the latest. It wold have spared everyone the nonsense of the past few weeks

Err yes. Not sure anyone is disagreeing with that.

Pepe the Horseman Courtney Friday has said Ince isn't a Kia client, was just a wind up, so everyone can calm down about that too.

Lost 8 games on the bounce including some of the worst results in our history. You don't have to have an inside scoop at the club to think the "negativity" was justified.
And negativity would have been just as justified then as it was now. If we had a shit squad that over-performed but weren't good enough no one would have any complaints. Our squad is clearly capable and all anyone has to do is have eyes (or ears) and witness the myriad of baffling and incompetant decisions which got us into this mess. I'm not saying there aren't problems higher up, of course there are, but Kia didn't tell Pauno to stick with Joao for the entirety of the second half of last season when it was clear to everyone he needed a break. Dai didn't tell Pauno to stick with a defensive 4-2-3-1 and bottle countless 'must-win' games which saw us throw away a fantastic opportunity for promotion. Dayong Pang didn't tell Pauno to disrupt the previously successful Rino/Laurent partnership, or to implement the worst example of zonal marking the world has ever seen, to stick 11 men back for corners so we have no outlet, to not make substitutions or to make illogical ones.
Ultimately we are where we are in the league (-6 points) because of footballing decisions. To say anything else is extremely revisionary.

JRBrogue Hopefully we have a proper manager announced in the next couple of weeks.
Get warnock on the phone immediately
I really want this to happen. We’ll be entertaining seeing 75% ecstatic and 25% apoplectic. No middle ground with Colin.

Jackson Corner He will have no excuse with virtually a hole squad to pick from. Just hope we get the new manger bounce. Worked at boro and forest not WBA
