Silver Fox Oddly enough I looked on B365 and if you do it on a bet builder first goalscorer is 60/1, last goalscorer (the same thing) is 55/1, anytime goalscorer (again the same thing) is 60/1, combining first and last takes your 60/1 down to 55/1

:|

Ha. The first/last double without the score is now 66/1. Seems the best approach, although this all a complete waste of time and money, obviously.

Pepe the Horseman Just to clarify for everyone's benefit...
I was going to do Reading to win 1-0, Ince to score at 55/1.
Then I looked at Ince to score first and Ince to score last, which came out at 70/1, even though this would also be the case if he scored and we won 1-0. Basically the question was would he need to score twice? I think it's a loophole, but I'm sure B365 will have something to say about it if it comes in.

Not wanting to put you off Peps but could you stand the tension of Ince scoring early and us hanging on for say 85 minutes to keep a clean sheet?.
Do you know if you can do an in-running cash out for this type of bet?

I often close bets with a few minutes left to save the disappointment of a late goal.
Also I like what bet365 and some others do in paying out (I think only for the top 2 divisions here) when a team goes 2 goals ahead-once again it takes the pressure off for the later stages of games.

Sure there'll be a cash out. Or I'll just lump on the draw, as I usually would if we're winning with 5 to go.

Felt for you when he blazed the ball over.
On goals over 2.5 that makes it 11 of our last 13 where that has happened.

I ended up doing a goals over treble on Reading, Bristol City and Bolton games-kerching.

Ha, yeh, and Drinkwater lunged in a few times but their players just skipped past him

Nice!

I've done a Posh/Derby double tonight to keep that losing run going 43/1 :D

Nice offer on WH, bet £10 on the Madrid United game for a matched bet

Done £10 on over 2.5 goals, over 3.5 cards and over 9.5 corners with Ronaldo scoring 17/2 and then the free £10 bet on at least one goal in the first half of each Championship game to win £120

Reading do it again-that is now 12 out of the last 14 games where goals have been over 2.5.

That’s gutting

No consolation but there really should have been yellows before the one that was given, ref was extremely lenient

Yep. Was never a 0-0/no cards game, so didn't feel too sick as after 10 mins I thought there was no chance of it coming in.

So disappointing-that twat Atwell was "managing the occasion" rather than refereeing.
Incidentally on bookings bets there has been a clear edict for refs to avoid booking players in the first half so best to wait until half time to do that bet.

BTW, I used to do the multi-injuries spread bets with Sporting Index.
IIRC it might have been Mike Riley who did out Petr Cech game.
I though I was in for some world record payout having bet over 8 minutes with the first half lasting 10 minutes ( for those that don't know, the bet is a multiple of both halves) so , expecting at least 5 or 6 minutes extra in the second half (loads of stoppages) he only added 2 minutes.

Whereas my bet was settled at 10 x 2 =20 less the quoted 8 = 12 points x stake, it probably should have been at least 50-8 =42 points x stake.
My stake unit was £20 so I got £240 rather than £840 or what might have been £1040.

I'm not a greedy man but Riley managed the occasion that night ( long delay for Cech, Mourinho, late finish etc.) rather than the match.
That type of bet is dangerous as refs have started to do no added time whereas it used to be at least a minute, so in my example if that Chelsea game had no time added in the first half (or second) I would have lost £160.

For a while last season when they took ages over VAR there was money to be made but now the quote is often around 11 and VAR is (generally) being sorted more quickly.

Drinkwater for a booking v Millwall Peps?

I quite often do the over 2 goals, over 10 corners, over 3 cards bet on William Hill - usually pays between 5-1/10-1 but I agree that the cards often stands at 0 at half time (first warning and all that). Had a pleasant surprise the other week in the Wolves Leicester game - believe there were 4 yellow cards alone in the first half

Would add though that if you bet on cards, games with Mike Dean as the ref is a good one, a lot less lenient than the others

That used to be the case but this season he has joined the "managing the game "a lot more.
Tierney started off slowly but is now a bit more card happy however the likes of Atkinson, Marriner and Friend are the opposite.

Will Reading's goals over success continue?
Tomorrow it is 6/5 for over 2.5 goals in the game.

Peps, are you sticking with DD to get booked?

Yeh, suppose I have to now. 6/1 tomorrow. 14/1 if we combine our two bets. 80/1 if we add Jake Cooper anytime.

I did end up doing all 3 ,but separately so my Judas bet won at 10/1.
