They’ve had an Reading-Esque 11 shots on target in their last 5 games combined

Going down aren’t they?

A draw would be the perfect result!

It's looking bleaker for Derby, as for the next game, draw or a Derby win is probably the best result, especially if we can beat Millwall, who have just gone on a 4 game winning run.

+1

A draw is better for us.

Yep a turgid 0-0. Though I'll take a Derby win if we are guaranteed a win too.

Derby's run in after Barnsley looks tough & Barnsley won't be easy either.

Feels like it is coming down to us v Barnsley for the second year in a row.

Think a draw would be the best outcome.

Derby have lost their last 5 away games, it would be 6 if we weren`t so shit, the next two are Bournemouth and Blackburn.

have to say, last night was a very good result.

Agree we want a draw in Derby v Barnsley. Maybe even a home win. Definitely not an away win.

I also enjoyed Rotherham and FGR not winning (see other thread).

Derby are screwed. It's Barnsley we need to worry about.

For all the love in about the possibility of a great escape, Derby have buckled under the first bit of pressure.

Looney is blaming the Ref now  Couldn't all teams say that after a defeat

sob, sob "nobody wants us in the Championship next year" (rayne wooney) Cheats never prosper, wake up and smell the coffee

That red card for Lawrence was significant; 3 games without him, 3 defeats.

I can see Barnsley falling away though, decent run of form now but how long that will last I don't know.

Providing we keep picking up points every couple of games, that *should* see us over the line I think.

A couple of weeks ago Barnsley were already relegated and Posh would overhaul us. Before that Posh and Barnsley were gone and Derby would catch us.

Teams at the bottom don’t pick up a lot of points, so any good little run dramatically changes things.

I wouldn't totally rule any of them out yet.

I seem to recall he was criticising the ref for not giving us a penalty when Davies handled after they'd equalised ....... or not

Derby have won 10 in 35, if we pick up just 3 wins in the last 12 they need 6 wins from 11 to overhaul us.

No I wouldn't rule any of them out either, too many games left yet to do that.

But as you've said there yourself, first it was Barnsley down and Peterborough would catch, then Derby etc. It changes all the time because someone picks up more points than expected but tend to end up falling away again. I'm confident that will be the case with Barnsley as well.
