LWJ
Pepe the Horseman Finished 2-2.

Scored both. Well done George

Fake news. Still to score. Fans underwhelmed thus far. BAU then.

He scored in their 2-1 win yesterday. They are only off top spot on goal difference.

I think that’s his first goal for Pisa. Took it well though.

Pisa lost today, it would appear their form as gone tits up since George signed, 1 win in 5, and 1 goal for him in four and half games.

George scored again last night. Slowed down a bit. Now has 4 in 7 games

I was mistaken previously, he had one disallowed.

Pisa should really win their next game against bottom of the table Pordenone before playing a big game against Cremonese who are currently ahead of them in 3rd.

something like 3 goals in 10 across the champ and italy now. Seems to be getting a little bit of momentum and confidence going

Puscas scored the third in a 3-0 win over Cremonese, to send Pisa top of Serie B. It's pretty tight at the top though, with 9 games left.

He now has more goals for Pisa this season (3 in 8 games) than for Reading (2 in 27). Not playing in a team that's crap probably helps.

Good stuff. Keep scoring for them George

Even if they didn’t go up/are committed to signing him, if he could end the season with 7 or 8 that would be a huge help in moving him on for a reasonable price

We are all desperate to get rid it's sad  not his fault we never played to his strengths.

I think Puscas is a very good player in the right system. £5m will be ok business if Pisa go up though dont get me wrong, but he's hardly as bad as Joseph Mendes or Simon Church were.

I wonder if, considering his time at Inter, he is more used to the Italian Leagues and the style of play.

Not sure why Mendes gets such a reputation for being awful, his G/A ratio was very good here (albeit not a great sample size), struggled to stay fit

Do find the irony that although they’ve both dropped divisions in terms of quality, the transformation in Baldock and Puscas’ games since leaving here and being played with a striker partner. 3 goals in 8 games for Puscas (1 in 17 starts this season for us) and 4 goals in 4 starts for Baldock

We really have had some poor managers recently

A slower pace definitely works for him. Plus he never looked fully fit here. If we get £5m for him that's bloody amazing.

I think there is more to selecting a team than choosing a formation to suit a squad player !

“Squad players”? How much did we spend on them again? Simply put, a well run club doesn’t spend millions on players to then completely use them the wrong way

Course, we’ve established we’re not a well run club, just another factor that reaffirms the point
