Franchise FC
Pepe the Horseman
Franchise FC De Gea had one of those games, absolutely brilliant saves as well as a couple of horrendous mistakes

How OGS survives this is anyones guess

We’re watching the highlights in Portugal listening to Portuguese commentary.
Odd bits :
The way they pronounce Manchester United sounds ridiculously like Sheffield United
The way the pronounce Fernandes is Fernanch (heard this in the Portugal/Serbia commentary as well)
Part of the commentary seemed to suggest Brendan Rogers was first in line (how would they know)
Didn’t realise it was four until the fourth went in

They call him Fernanch on Fifa.

It wasn't four until the fourth went in.

Watching the highlights expecting the show to stop after three. When you’re watching highlights without, apparently, knowing the final score, this sort of thing happens

Ha, was just joshing. I miss watching MOTD when you don't know the scores, but pretty hard to avoid them these days.

I have heard Portuguese and Brazilian players having the last vowel left unpronounced. My favourite though is Fred who I have heard called 'Freggie'

Saw on twitter that they’d been in Europe more recently than when they last won an away Premier League game by 3 or more goals

Wrexham were losing 5-2 at home to Dover then scored on the 66th, 69th and 91st minute to equilise.....then in the 98th minute to win!

Though even being close to losing to Dover should be embarrassing tbh

Incredible game. They were 2 up then conceded five in about 30 mins. Their usual keeper Rob Lainton was injured last week and the reserve keeper Dibble is not rated and very likely to be replaced by Lee Camp who they have just signed.

Not surprising Andy Dibble must be knocking 60 by now...
Actually as its not that common a surname is he actually related to Andy Dibble.

Today, it has to go to Reading City FC

2-0 winners at the well established and league superior Highworth Town (on the fringes of Swindon Wiz) in the FA Cup preliminaries.

Well done Scours lads…bring it home

Yeah fairly but Chesterfield had 10 men for over an hour and as it was their keeper who was sent off, played that time with an outfield player in goal.
