Would imagine we'll hear in the next couple of weeks now survival has been secured.

With regards to prices, if they dropped them a little bit, even by £50, they'll get loads of plaudits.

However I would expect them to remain the same, which in all honesty is still a very fair price.

It's a ridiculously good price and the club don't get enough credit for it. Only increased £15 in the East Stand for instance since the 05/06 season. Price bands are much better for young adults.

I'll be IN! for renewing.

I’d not have a problem with an increase, but I don’t think it will happen. A £50 rise wouldn’t make a huge dent in the budget although maybe the EFL will have insisted we look to maximise income.
While some think the current owners have got nothing right the pricing has been fantastic. Maybe only those who go to games realise this
Renewing isn’t an issue for me, had a ST since we moved and before that was a regular at EP. Having invested this much of my life filling the Royals saga there’s no reason to stop now...

Given the number of STH’s is becoming fewer each year the club can’t really afford to hike the prices. It’s not as if we have been much fun to watch at home for a good number of years. IN unless there is a significant price hike.

Tricky situation, can't afford to hike the price whilst we're shit don't want to miss out on maximising revenue or delay too long and force big or sustained price hikes the second we improve.

Should really have been making the odd small increase over the last 10 years.

If the club go bust part way through the season is your money safeguarded?

Would expect to see them remain the same price but would like the club to bring in a scheme to encourage midweek attendance. Something like full price season ticket holders being able to link a friend or family member to their account which enables them to purchase half price or less midweek tickets.

Potentially could have something which encourages season ticket holders to come midweek which has been an issue this season, some have simply decided it isn't worth it. Maybe something simple like offering 20 extra loyalty points for attending midweek games will help, there are a lot of supporters who care passionately about how many points they have.

Doubt it. But it might be if you pay on a credit card?

A tricky situation now made even more difficult by the frightening increases in the cost of living. Annual commitments to things like season tickets, TV subscriptions etc. are all likely to be areas that people who fear they make struggle to make ends meet will be looking at.

Personally, I don't envy those at the club trying to pitch things at the right level to maximise income.

100% agreed.

IN for renewing as well, don't even really need to see the price.

Might be safeguarded if you pay monthly as well? Would imagine you can just put a stop on the direct debit.

When the club appoint a director of football and put a structure back in place, then I'll buy another season ticket.

Yeah that will really help drive down the prices across the board. You don't bring about change by resorting to the tactics employed by those you disagree with.

You are also specifically prohibited from charging away fans more than home fans for equivalent seats iirc.

Various clubs have been quite creative in finding ways to make their away ends ‘equivalent’ to the pricier areas of their grounds.
However I think it would be wrong to overcharge away fans just because their club overcharge us. What I would be happy to see is us being very clear about the difference in what we charge visitors compared to what they charge us.....

It doesn't effect me personally although I'd expect an increase on this seasons simply because of the pandemic where we lost fans for essentially a whole season and it would be wise to try and offset some of the losses there.

It's just trying to find the balance between what is enough of an increase for supporters and what can help benefit the club as well.

Money is tight people will be looking at ways to save and football needs to be realistic. Netflix and all the other TV companies are losing subscribers. Inflation at high levels then an increase after several poor seasons in the bottom half would be crazy. I will get one but a few around me in the East stand have had enough of mediocre football and relegation battles every season.
