NathStPaul John Swift on the verge of signing for WBA according to the Telegraph.

Much as I dislike the politics of the Torygraph Percy is usually reliable.

Swift just said his goodbyes on Twitter, guess he has agreed terms elsewhere.

Yep he is off to West Brom. I’m surprised no one from the PL has come in for him. On his day he has been an absolute joy to watch. A big loss.

Yep looks like wba

Real shame for him to go there, could have done better. But suspect Gourlay has offered him a wedge and suppose they have a decent chance of promotion next year

Sad to lose him but it was inevitable. An absolute pleasure to watch when on form and he’ll be sadly missed. All the best to him for the future

Excellent signing for WBA. I do think Swift's good enough to be playing in the Premier League and a smart club would have snapped him up.

Not a chance, he might want to pay him that but it just isn't doable in this day and age. Probably on whatever he was on at Reading.

Wouldn’t touch the Torygraph, not even the sports section with a bargepole.

He was never saying here, it will be surreal to see him playing against us next season.

Swift is not in the same universe as Simon Osborn, Sidders or Scott Taylor (under not dis-similar circumstances). Move on.

How has a thread about out of contract players turned into political discussion? Ridiculous.
