Mr Angry I concur with Dirk on this; Coppell was 100% against playing in Europe and his attitude to the FA Cup was summed up in a Fans Forum where he said that the majority of the winners came from a small pool of 5 or 6 teams at the top end of the table (that has changed a bit in recent Years but still holds true) and so didn't ee the point in having a real go.
He was judged solely on League position, and knew Season 2 was going to be tough, which is why the lack of investment was so surprising that Summer.

LUX Have to say I am surprised to be the first to point out that Wigan drawing on Saturday makes the 106 safe again

Have to say I’m surprised to be the the first to point out that Wigan drawing on Saturday made no difference to the 106 being safe again.
They could only have matched it before Saturday

"We've got the record" is better than "We share the record" Isn't it?

morganb If Reading fail to beat Luton tomorrow, it’ll be the record for the lowest points tally a Championship side’s ever had and stayed up.

tidus_mi2 Not much of a record but I believe with Forest getting promoted and Derby getting relegated, we now have the longest current consecutive time spent in the Championship.

That's bonkers, it's only about 10 years!
What is it for each division?
PL will be huge, but similar for L1 and 2?
