CountryRoyal Ade is spot on Lumley needs to be hooked. Shame Ince is sub-shy at the best of times.

Should be really, can't be giving away 2 goals in a game and it could get even uglier really quickly.

3* and it could have and perhaps should have been 4. Hopeless performance.

Sutekh This is just not acceptable, even with the injury problems the players are largely experienced professionals and should not be caving in like this. Fear greatly for the club with Blackburn and Middlesbrough following next.

Best option now might be to not bother coming out for the 2nd half and see if the FL award the game as just 3-0.

No joke, we should just do that.

We'd have a better result if we just didn't turn up.

Did we turn up?

Hound Just from the goals McIntyre deserves almost as much as Lumley.

Was thinking the same really. Lumley been woeful, but the entire defence has also been shite.

He has clearly got a bet on Rotherham to win, otherwise these can’t be real videos

Yeah I missed the second goal, poor there as well but certainly nowhere near as bad as goals 3 and 4 (not that is really matters).

It's a pretty tough day all around really.

Yeah he's been shit. But the fact our defensive shape is so fragile a simple long ball is enough to carve us apart 4 times is crazy. What are Holmes and Guinness-Walker doing when they ball is played over the top??

Well Guiness-Walker is in their half because Ince is playing wingbacks. In his defence, unlike Gomes, he is at least playing a third centreback to make up for it. But sadly, exactly as I previously described, you can't play that way with slow centre backs because you either play excessively deep or you get exposed in the channels when you player higher.

Holmes is just as slow as McIntyre, and for balls into the Rotherham right channel is further away than McIntyre.

I have been really positive but based on that shit show we’re in for another crap season. I appreciate we have injuries and we can’t sign anyone but that was an horrific defensive display and worst of all we’ll probably pick up more oxf*rd injuries. Roll on the international break.

Seems like Lumley was all alone during the drinks break, the only person to talk with him was a Rotherham sub who used to be with him at Boro probably keep up the good work mate.

You've got 5 subs. Dreadful management.

Hmm interesting.

So IF that's the case (I don't know - we have lost Swift).... then my statement may be BS. We still have the same strikers and defenders pretty much.

I guess at this stage we can blame it on not the full team up and running yet with with latecomers etc.

Quite right. It would ruin his confidence to take him off.

We have lost anyway so who cares who is in goal for the second half.

If he gets taken off then his confidence gets completely destroyed. I'd agree with taking off if we had a good replacement but let's face it, Bouzanis isn't any better.

A wingback should absolutely be further forward but only when opposition possession is in their own half. He's much too far forward when they have the ball in good range for a ball over the top.
