Does that mean Scotland are now the highest ranked (Nations League) home nation, following England and Wales being relegated?

I don't think the rankings work like that

Zip Joy in the Silver McFox household as Scotland are promoted to the top division of the Nations League.
Thoughts are with a certain poster with a proud Ukrainian heritage

Scotland played well IMHO with a scratch defence put out and IMHO they were the better side.
Gone are the days when Ukraine were a team to be reckoned with and they showed very little attacking flair.

A shame really as their folks back home could have done with a bit of good news.

Probably badly phrased on my part, but I was trying to ask if they're the only Pot A home nation now

Shame they used all their national pride to get them through the playoff semi. Could have done with last week's preformance by Stevie Clarke's tartan army back then

Yes they are and one of the benefits is I believe a play off place for the Euros should they fail to qualify through their group.
They will join Wales and England as second seeds for the Euro qualifiers. The draw is this weekend. The top two from each group qualify for the finals.

How did that happen? Must be their greatest achievement ever......managed it without a dodgy referee giving them dodgy penalties did they? Or cheating bastard strikers?

We have qualified for the WC finals now. Time to let go of the past injustices.

Never....damaged me so much, I and many Welsh football fans of my age will never let that go.
Yeah we are at a World Cup and 2016....especially that win against Belgium...will leave me content that I have seen a Welsh side achieve so much....BUT.....my schoolboy hero's like Yorath, James, Flynn, Toshack were denied their chance and we never got to see a really good side on the world stage. That I will never forgive.

6 people bet on Denmark losing with 16 mins left. The odds were 3000-1. Think the highest bet was a fiver.

Was at Liechtenstein 0 Iceland 7 last night. Was a lot of fun, Iceland streets ahead but the locals really get behind their side. Know their limitations and support the effort.

Seen 2 Liechtenstein internationals now. 0-12 aggregate.

Will definitely go again.
