tidus_mi2 How important is Piroe for Swansea? He got sent off in their last game so he'll miss Tuesday.

Paterson also out apparently. Always seems to score against us, so that's a bonus.

Hull v Birmingham delayed because the goals were too big, and had to be sawed down to size. Wtf.

Seems to be a lot of it around at the moment. Given the “outbreak” one presumes the FL will send a letter to all clubs reminding them of the regulations and asking them all to check that their goals comply with the specifications.

Piroe is very important, their best player in my opinion.

Are the goals to big or are the holes too shallow? Surely when you buy the goal posts they come as a standard size. Especially in the championship.

Also, don't the goals just stay up? Or do the lads have to get there early to put the goals and net up before each game?

Just looking at the table now, despite how close it is all around really, it seems as if the teams are finally beginning to be in and around where they will probably finish come the end of the season, with the few oddities being ourselves, West Brom, Middlesbrough and probably Birmingham being in the top half after the win today.

Taking West Brom and Middlesbrough (although I'm not too convinced Boro are going to have a great season) out, the teams from 15th downwards seem to be who you'd expect, again barring ourselves and Birmingham probably.

I think they take them down after games to cut the grass

Yes I think by the WC break it's really going to have taken shape.

Hull and Hudds have looked very poor when I've seen them on Sky but think Coventry have enough to pull away, they're certainly within distance of safety now

Agree with all of this. I think those two will be right down there and maybe Bristol City too.

Be interesting to see what Bristol are like next week

Do agree Hull, Hudders look like they’ll be in for a long season. Bristol have certainly dropped alarmingly for them, think it’s pretty impt for us we beat them to keep that nice big cushion

Bristol City are a bit erratic, poor start then a great run where they couldn’t be touched and now thats completely collapsed and they look poor again. Not sure what to expect from them but when they click they really click so it won’t be easy next week. Their next game tomorrow is a visit to the Hawthorns.

i am assuming its something to do with Rugby and the fittings, granted a different location on pitch but no coincidence 2 rugby league teams now have had issues.

Yeah I can't quite work Bristol City out, think they will be in and around the bottom 3 but I don't think they'll go down because they will score enough goals over the course of the season.

Hull and Huddersfield do look poor at the moment, Coventry I'm not convinced by, nor am I Middlesbrough at the moment. Still expect Rotherham to eventually slide down into the bottom 3, could quite easily be Huddersfield, Hull and Rotherham this year.

As always Charity FC will be ready to gift them a morale boosting away win next weekend then.

Bristol City have been erratic for ages now and were always the same under Lee Johnson. I remember when they signed Nakhi Wells and the supporters felt that he was the missing piece of the promotion jigsaw.

I have always enjoyed the games against them especially that 3-2 comeback in September 2011. Since the days of Scott Murray I have always felt that they were a bit of a thorn in our side but I think we had a spell for 5 or 6 years fairly recently where we were unbeaten against them. Anyway, I always enjoy the atmosphere which their fans bring and sadly I do still remember the days of them being in the 1st Division with the likes of Norman “bite yer legs” Hunter playing for them.
