Martin Keown on BBC 5LIve commentary for the Portugal game came out with an absolute Colemansballs.......when Ramos scored his first, Keown said...

"He hit that like an arrow!"

I think he meant to say "He hit that as straight as an arrow" but with Keown after all those headers during his career........

I could listen/look/stare at Alex Scott all night :sigh:

Worst one I can't listen to is Lianne Sanderson. She sounds so aggressive and if you didn't agree with her she sounds like she would smash yer face in.

Saw on one of the socials ya man Clive Tyldesley sat in the departure lounge at Doha airport. First time at a world cup he's heading home before England.

A real shame for my money, I'd have him for the world cup final if I were director general (or equivalent at shITV)

Really, really, really don't get the love for Tyldesley. He's dreadful and has been for ages. Ok Matterface is just as bad but Tyldesley isn't the answer to that problem.

US sportd journalist Grant Wahl died.. as of now his last tweets five hours ago. His brother suspects foul play. He was 48. He was one of the good ones. RIP. Having a hard time processing this. So crazy.

I like Martin Keown - but he's only at his concise, considered best on Talk Sport - where's he's had a chance to write down what he's going to say and then think about and edit it before he does.
