Decent half that from an organisational point of view.

Let them have the ball to the half way line and then close down in our half.

Better final ball and we'd have had a couple of chances so we're still carrying a threat in behind. That's why if we're playing two up front either Long or Meite have to be one of the two.

Sunderland will almost certainly be better in the second half but we can definitely get something from this game.

Organised but creativity is a massive problem and too many wrong decisions from the players when opportunities start to appear.

Couple of let offs now. Great pressure from Ince to limit the shot. Game statting to open up. Gaps appearing.

For a side with the likes of Carroll and Long in the team the crossing is disgraceful.

It's the Carroll gravitic pull. No matter how many defenders on him, kick the ball vaguely near him.

oxf*rd me hairy. Ince, stay on your feet. Lumley triple save very well done. Although he did pat the first shot straight at the Sunderland player.

Clotheslines no longer yellow cards apparently. oxf*rd me Rahman, could you have kicked that higher if you tried?

Entire backline re-arranged almost. That's risky. Especially as Mbengue has been pulling Rahman outof jail a lot and Sarr is much slower.

Shouldn’t have to rearrange that much, Dann should just slot in where Yiadom was and Yiadom just takes up his proper right side role. Mbengue can therefore carry on covering for Rahman.

Shouldn’t, but Yiadom has moved to WB, Dann in the middle, Mbengue switched left to right CB and Sarr moved out left.

And there it is. Sarr can't cover and Rahman completely oxf*rd up and gift Sunderland a goal.

Absolute horror show substitution from Ince and Rahman continues to be utterly useless.
