How quick did it take for them to suss him, presume it must have been minute or two? Love to know the conversations Souness had with him afterwards, wonder if it was more “fair play son, you’ve had us there!” rather than a load of angry words.

Can vaguely remember some laughter and bewilderment, particularly second half - if i recall it was a sub being subbed. More concern was aimed at Le Tissier and his injury.

I don't think it's rising damp - i reckon its that guttering on his porch. He always struck me as a bloke with poor guttering admin.
