EFL haven't even publicly addressed the new charge other than recording it on the site, so doubt it's only applicable until the end of the current embargo. More likely they'll drag us over the coals and hand down a new embargo or points deduction as it will need to be punished as a separate charge.

Why can’t we simply pay off what we owe in loan fees and end the embargo? Surely, if we negotiate a fee with the parent club the embargo has to end once it’s been paid.

Unpaid fees to other clubs is an automatic embargo as Cardiff found out over the Sala transfer. They paid the fee but are still pursuing it through the courts.

If we pay the embargo is lifted.,

Lower West
Pepe the Horseman
Lower West Is this one of the reasons behind the bust up between Ince and Dai Yongge? The episode smelt at the time. Finally the lid is coming off.

That was probably more to do with Ince being completely useless at his job.

Ince is a decent guy. He walked. He’s a winner. Would have stayed and fought to the end. The six point deduction was down to the owner gambling. He lost . That’s why we got relegated.

 @ calling Ince a winner with his management record.

These owners are a shit show. Any way we can up the ante to show them how unwelcome they are? Everton's Board stopped attending Goodison due to credible safety concerns; pretty unpleasant but they have new Board members now.

Blackpool saw off the Oystons with a boycott, but took ages. It seemed like Ashley would never leave Newcastle.

The impotence of the situation is horrible. These owners are a disaster and there is apparently nothing we can do.

Nah couldn't happen again. We're too big a club for that.

I'd suggest start with buying some rubber sheets.

Then hide the paracetamol.

Wider issue, but terms where loanees have to play or clubs face financial penalties need to be outlawed. Baba and Loum did not earn their position on the pitch and it was right to leave them out.

Or at the very least with a clause whereby you can send them back in the January window. I think at present, season long loans can only be terminated early by the loaning club.

Some questions:

So 'play when fit' can be a loan requirement to ensure parent club pays their share?

Explains Hendrick situation...

Also, does that mean that PINCE/whoever picked the team knowingly put the club in future jeopardy based on 1st team selection or are they just arguing over the validity of a doctor's note?

I'd be surprised if it was Baba. We have an excellent relationship with Chelsea who were apparently very pleased with the development Casadei showed. I doubt they would question our view on injuries.

According to the Facebook groups there is a protest being planned for Sunday at the stadium. You know, when all the staff members are off and at home.
