I'd take Ashley simply because we won't go the way of Scunthorpe or Southend or even worse.. Bury.

Is it worth pissing me off or getting a grip with where the club actually is? Because people like you clearly don't care about the mess the club is in.

They've seen it all before and they're too old for militant protesting, Jimbo.

It's the time for young whippersnapper activists like yourself and DD to bring footwear related anarchy to the SCL and force Dai out to save the club.

Certainly true. Did enough of it in the 80s (and the club was in a much bigger mess then) and there were a few sit down protests on the pitch in the 90s as well, not that you can do that these days. We did it in the 80s and 90s to save the club. Time to pass on the baton.

I also think telling people they don't care about the club because they dont wholy agree with you is ignorant, arrogant and naive. Not a great way to win friends and influence people.

Completely respect the SellBeforeWeDai protest given the mess he has got us in.

However, as proven today, majority is from the minority of kids on Twitter who had their arms wrapped round said Dai at Wigan (mega embarrassing at the time and beyond embarrassing now) and are now pleading for transfers and money to be spent again & mega excited by Selles & free transfer from Cambridge signing.

Real facts.

I respect that there are fans who want to continue going to matches because it's a huge part of their life - and they're not going to let any dickhead owner ruin that for them. They can take part in the protest in different ways - maybe spending less at the stadium, joining in protests before games, writing to MPs/councillors etc.

I don't think taking money out of the club's pocket helps anything. Makes us less competitive and less attractive to new buyers.

And the sort of finances you're talking about in football, the amount that comes from fans on matchdays is a relatively small slice
Although much bigger in L1 than the Championship.

Media campaigns, good humoured pre and post match protests, anti-Dai songs during matches, particularly televised games and when he shows up, that sort of thing, I agree is the way.

This group were doing quite well apart from trying to arrange anything for a preseason game, and that absolutely garbage letter to new investors, that screamed clueless ideas way above influence or competence.

I don't think Dai Yongge speaks English so if he hears a protest he won't understand it. Need to find out how to chant it in Mandarin.

What's the betting he'd be one of the few Chinese who doesn't speak Mandarin Chinese?

I'm sure he can manage a few words like oxf*rd off. And his own name.
