Royal Rother Ten Hag seems a tad deluded / bitter doesn’t he?

Garnacho not offside and Hojlund should have had a penalty....

Ok then.

The new Mourinho?

Definitely deluded.
He even said that Martial had a good game but it was only around the 30th minute that I noticed he was playing.

Gary Neville going on about the ownership issue there affecting the players but good on Theo not buying into that argument and saying that players don't take much notice of off-field issues.

He seems rather twitchy and intense (as well as deluded).

Pretty early days still, but I’m not sure he’s going to work out.

Man Utd fans must be a bit envious of Spurs, Brighton, Man City, Arsenal and maybe even Liverpool and Newcastle, who all have managers largely playing “progressive”, exciting football, on the front foot.

They were pretty good today, but I dunno, something still seems to be lacking.

In France ( and a bit of Spain) last week, by far the most common football shirt on 12 -14 year old boys was Man City Zero Liverpool, Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea. Not many RFC if I’m honest.

Must be annoying for all the glory boys of the 70s- 90’s on here.

I think some of the Maguire scapegoating is bang out of order but if you’re a club who seriously wants to compete at the top end and you’re closing out a game at a fellow rival with a back four of AWB - Maguire - Evans and Dalot, then you’re in trouble

Martial is a busted flush. No urgency, not a winning mentality

New guy looked sharp off the bench. United have been badly lacking in the ST department for years now

I recently saw a kid with a Ronaldo one, and thought it was a bit sad really. It shows that the sportswashing effort from SA is working.

Always feel not enough is made of the floppage of Anthony Martial. €70M transfer (€50M basic + 3 lots of €10M add ons, of which 2 have been acheived and the 3rd never will) and now in his 9th season he has scored 62 league goals, 88 overall.

The transfer market has obv gone mad, but also what's gone mad is that big money signings are allowed to fail and its seemingly no big problem

The internet tells me he originally signed a 4 year contract with them in 2015 earning £110,000 basic a week but agreed a new 6 year deal starting in 2019 which took his wages up to £250,000 basic a week

Nice to see the celebration police out in force again, there`s nothing wrong with showing passion after beating historic rivals.

Man Utd spend so much money on so many players that some are bound not to come good.
You can add Van de Beek, Bailly, Sanchez, Maguire, Pogba,Telles, Jones and possibly Sancho to a very long list.

Every now and again they get it right, which is inevitable I suppose, by spending big bucks and generally being the richest club in the country-fortunately we seem to be in a "then" era rather than "now".

That is right up there with the worst pieces of business in football history.

I would like Sky Sports News to run a Floppage Totaliser with all the enthusiasm they do for transfers, where their reporters go to grounds (as kids gather behind them poking them in the ear with floppy dildo's) and try and interview managers on their way home. Saggy Harry would lean out of his car window and be all 'well I thought he was going to be t'riffic for us but I can confirm he has just been a t'riffic flop'

I can see a little of both sides of this one.
I did feel that a lot of emotional energy was spent with Arsenal last year by massively celebrating last minute wins. Surely it has to take it out of you.

Perhaps a little bit more of a relief celebration.

Having said that, I can see why they get emotional about winning so late

That fence is giving me splinters, by the way

Did Ron Gourlay do a bit of consultancy ?

Do not understand why it is such a bad thing to celebrate victory in this day and age. It was a last minute win against one of their biggest rivals ffs. If you can't be happy about that then when can you be happy?
