On the playing side it's been fantastic.

I can't say I'd rather have got smashed every game in the Championship having failed to pay HMRC and our wages every week. If we hadn't been relegated I reckon we'd be on for a negative points total.

The reset so far has been pretty good in general. Bowen and Co have done a good job under tough circumstances its just the clown at the top who is ruining everything!!

I seem to remember Ian saying it was a good opportunity to have a reset and finish mid table

What a oxf*rd idiot :lol:

I predicted this 7 years ago and I'm right again

Royal_jimmy League 2 tour anyone?
Song prep for the relegation party:
We're on our way, on our way;
To Forest Green, we're on our way;
How we get there, I don't know;
How we get there, I don't care;
All I know is we are on our way!
Que sera sera;
Whatever will be, will be;
We're off to Salford City;
Que sera sera!
Do do doo;
Road tripping to Barrow!
Where the fùck?
Where the fùck?
Where the fùcking hell is Crewe?
Where the fùcking hell is Crewe?

At least only 2 teams are relegated in league two. As long as we don't do a Bury we'll be fine

Let's be honest....resets are bollocks, as is building a team. We have a lot of 1 year contracts and anyone who is any good will obviously want to go up a league, any young talent like Abbey will have his head turned. What are we building? Then we come to the statement that their young and learning, well Peterborough have fielded a team the same age but the difference is they have a decent manager. I don't subscribe to the fact we have a bad team. I think we have a good squad.

With the exception of 2nd half Port Vale, the games have been more enjoyable and much closer affairs than the Championship.

And there's excitement at how Binden, Abbey, Vickers, Ehibhatiomhan, Carson, Camara et al are performing. Rather than depression at how bang average / poor Hendrick and Rahman are.

Looking forward to the National League and derbies v Oxford City, Maidenhead, Woking and maybe Slough, Hungerford and Bracknell too!

Yeah it’s been such a success in league one who knows how good it will be in league two.

What with all the bed wetter jibes at the start of the season there’s a few “experts” on here looking like real gurus.

Ah yes....I remember a midweek fixture I went to around 1990. Brian McDermotts Slough v Martin o Neil's Wycombe in a top of the table clash. Crowd went way beyond the capacity of Sloughs ground and crammed in with a poisonous atmosphere and a 3-3 draw with Tommy Langley being man of the match. Ahhhh be fantastic to experience that again....except we are gonna need a smaller ground.

ITS NOT TOO LATE
What we need
New manager - Even Bowen or Hunt until a new owner appointment . hope for Warnock.
New Owner - By end of November
It happened before when we sacked Brendan Rogers
Positives
This is a poor division
Could easily go on a good run
Great support home and away
Good players just need motivation and right formation
With a new owner and manager imagine the feel good factor and support we could generate, Mad Stad would be rocking like when we scored yesterday .
Time is the issue and not acting on Selles!

We weren't 8 points behind when we sacked Rodgers, a point or 2 at best I think
