Seles is the perfect choice to manage Reading. He’s a proven failure, he’s foreign, he has no Idea of this league.

Snowflake Royal Last season, the squad wasn't really good enough, although it should have done better. This season the squad is full of talent.

It's full of players with promise and potential, but they are generally not the finished article and their inexperience shows.

Anyone thinking this squad would be promotion contenders was living in a dream world.

Snowflake Royal Lots of talk of Jones, Wilder. Some mention of Wellens. Cowleys. Etc.

Then we get Selles.

I can't believe all of those rejected us.

Why would any manager with decent prospects have come to Reading?

Why wouldn't they? Jones won't get a better gig, Wilder seems unwanted, and the others are festering at smaller clubs.

Selles thinking Bindon is a full back is almost worse than Pauno thinking Alfa Semedo was a 10.

Negatives. He can't defend. Or attack. Carson has a wicked cross.

Mola might actually compete physically, where Carson has failed to completely.

CountryRoyal Selles thinking Bindon is a full back is almost worse than Pauno thinking Alfa Semedo was a 10.

Thing is, it might work if you asked him to play as a traditional fullback. But Selles wants our fullbacks to play like they're wing backs, only without a spare CB.

Like Gomes. Because he's a oxf*rd idiot.

Because the club is a basket case, with no money, and likely to struggle.
