Believe that Dai's father was head of the Chinese Central Bank. In communist states influence and standing comes from you know.
On a side note. Dai Yonnge was heavily invested in Evergrande which is making the business news headlines today.

Yep. Wages simply have to paid tomorrow else there will be a queue of players demanding to go by close of business on Thursday ( probably is anyway).
