Note to Steve Evans, the ref missed a stonewall penalty yesterday and they should have had a red card too. We won anyway. Make your own luck.

tidus_mi2 What can be said? Apart from the first 10 minutes, that was complete domination and a well deserved 3pts, bring on Fleetwood!

Another big game on Tuesday night, particularly in terms of momentum and given where Fleetwood are in the league. As it's as good as a 245 mile single trip, I'd be interested to know how the team/staff will approach travelling arrangements. On the day or tomorrow afternoon given the crackdown on overnight stays?

Selles said after yesterday's game that they do have a hotel and will be travelling up on Monday.

Had this not been the case, maybe it's something that the supporters could've fund raised for.

Why would the supporters pay for a hotel for professional footballers as a gift?

The average UK Salary is £28k. Most of our players earn that in a few months.

oxf*rd that shit.

Let’s be honest, if they think they need an overnight stay they’ll dig into their own pockets for it. Think it’s been overdone a bit tbh

Fair enough and probably a daft suggestion, however:

The average UK salary - the Thames Valley is undoubtedly far higher than that.

Would be up to individuals to make their own minds up. Personally, if I thought it would make a difference to our chances of staying up..... . If that makes me a mug, so be it.

LightwaterRoyal Smith - 5 Last few games he's been struggling. Gets little service, his hold up play hasn't been great. Looks tired which isnt a surprise hiven his workrate which is on a par with Knibbs. Unfortunately we don't have anyone ready to come in and cover for him. Ehib doesn't suit the role and Clarke seems to have regressed.

Apart from Wareham who spent most of the second half warming up,
I rate Wareham and would like him to get some time on the pitch especially when we are two up to give Smith a rest, smith gets absolutely battered now up top on his own with very little service.
