Football fans and managers seem so obsessed with blaming other things than themselves, most noticeably referred when they are by far the main ones that can dictate the events of a game

Perhaps Man United fans should be more concerned about why their team only managed to have one shot (on or off target) between the 10th and 90th minute or even more, why their international CB allowed the left footed Foden cut inside and have a free shot on goal

Although I do think there is an element of certain teams getting more favourable decisions than others, a lot of it is swings and roundabouts. Control what you can and stop obsessing over the uncontrollable

I feel sorry for Antony in a way. We were quoted 35-40M euros for him early on in the window but fooked around and ended up paying 80M out of desperation. At 35M you would be able to rotate him and he'd probably have better performances but you can't sit your brand-new 80M player on the bench.

it's a lot of shots, what's the xG on the shots? I watch the games, and many shots are from outside the box. There has been a big gap between midfield and defense, players run with the ball until they hit the back four and then often try a shot.
