genome Keeping an eye on that Burnley Forest game

If Burnley can pick up a couple of points that is gonna be a cracker. I so want Forest to go down. They offer bugger all in the PL.

One of the few sides to take on the bigger clubs and they gave City a bit of a fright in the fist half.

I wonder if City will regret not pushing on to score a couple more to get a bit nearer the Arsenal goal difference.

I really don’t see it being decided on goal difference

I hope Norwich do Birmingham next week. Would be funny to see them relegated.

Winston Biscuit North London derby has to be the worst derby. Not sure anyone outside the 2 sets of fans has any interest in it at all

I think it's the best one. Fans genuinely hate each other....poison atmosphere and plenty of goals and great moments.

To be fair that's one of the few premier league derbys that has passion. I thought it was a great game

If Spurs are out of the running for the top 4 by the time they play city they are rolling over 100%. but they are 7 behind Villa with 2 games in hand so that`s far from certain.

It'd be pretty spursy to beat City and hand the title to Arsenal

Already called stage one of this

genome The most Spurs outcome here is - lose to Arsenal, beat City and Liverpool.

Can’t remember if I’ve said this before but Mrs F has more Premier League assists than KDB.

If we’re sat watching a game, if she leaves the room for anything at all, you can guarantee a goal is scored.

She got four assists yesterday, one each for Arsenal and Spurs, and both City’s

I’m sure it’s just coincidence, but it seems rather too often

You are probably right as it would need City to draw a game and equal points for both sides at the end of the season-in those circumstances it would mean City having to score loads more than Arsenal and/or conceding less in defeat.

A good season though to go down to these final games.

We might even end up with an Aguerooooooooooooooooo moment.

If a team survives with 29/30 points, they should be embarrassed. I would say relegate all 4 of them and give the 3 Championship clubs with 90+ points auto sports.

Leicester winning the league and potentially getting 100 points is possibly the most underwhelming story in football

Only a month ago they were going to batter the points record … and now they’ve stumbled over the line

6th highest wage bill in the PL when relegated, brought in £100M from selling 3 players last summer while also receiving parachute payments on top of that, were able to keep their players on those PL wages incl Jamie Vardy being on £140,000 a week, stumbled over the line having looked like they were going to throw promotion away

real fairytale stuff there.

In fairness Leicester did sell 2 of their best players-that also means, unless they buy again next season, their squad will be significantly weaker than when they were relegated with Vardy (or Old Man Steptoe as he looked like last night) then being about 60 years old.

Must feel anticlimatic for the fans to have sealed promotion on a day Leicester were not playing

Whilst I think that they have been playing with fire a bit, to say that bringing in £100m from selling players is contrary to FFP is a bit …. WTF are you thinking they should have done …. given them away ?
Plenty of clubs have successfully survived and built their entire model on selling a player or two to meet FFP requirements.

Indeed, had RFC sold Joao, Swift, Moore, etc. they MAY have avoided the FFP issues
Would we then have been saying it was unfair ?
