genome It's very apparent that you are all speaking as fans of a team that has no hardcore rivals. Arsenal fans are saying that if the shoe were on the other foot, they'd want to lose too. I completely get it

My Dad grew up in North London and has supported Spurs since he was a kid. He texted me yesterday saying that if Spurs turn up tomorrow he'll be raging

Your Dad sounds like a fcuking idiot!

To be fair to Spurs they've spent the last month practicing for tomorrow's game.

Winston Biscuit reckon West Ham might let in a truly astounding number of goals on the final day

Was discussing exactly that with a Liverpool fan tonight
He thinks that a draw tomorrow would still give City more than a fighting chance
If they need to outscore Arsenal by 3 …. that’s doable

But I'd back Arsenal to put 3 or 4 past Everton, at which point City need 6 or 7.

I think City will win tonight, but I don't think they can afford anything less.

I don't think GD will make any diffo on the final day as City will win tonight, but I just think all the ingredients are there for West Ham to have something of a collapse on the last day away at man City

Tempted to go for a more than 5 or more than 6 goals bet tbh

The Spurs team have given it a decent go, but the fans have been embarrassing. Atmosphere totally dead.

Yeah hard to argue that the Spurs supporters don't deserve the suffering each season. Celebrating another side scoring against you is the height of pathetic.

It's a shame that Spurs have to play Sheff U. Their fans deserve Newcastle and Chelsea to both win their last two games to go above them on goal difference on Sunday.

Big chances missed, Spurs bottling another trophy. Only this time they've bottled it for Arsenal.

Oh it's utterly pathetic, petty, you name it. Don't care though. Arsenal fans would've done the same, 10000%

Per Sky Sports - this will be the 10th time that a Premier League season has gone to the final day. In all nine previous occasions, the team ahead at kick-off on the final day went on to win the league, and indeed Blackburn, in 1994-95, are the only such leaders not to go on and win their final game. And Blackburn won the title anyway when United could only draw with West Ham.

Welcome to the most exciting league in the world

How many times has the last PL day had absolutely nothing really to play for at either end of the table i.e. all decided. or as good as decided (we all know Luton won't get a 12 goal swing while Forest lose at Bumley, let alone West Ham get anything at Citeh).

I am not sure they would tbh. I am sure you would find a few individuals that would, but in general I think they, like most fans, just prioritise their own club above their rivals club.

Most Arsenal fans have some memory of success so I'm not convinced they'd be quite as small time as the Spurs fans were

Thats the difference I think. If you have something to play for then you are wrapped up in your own possible achievements, Spurs fans decide to behave this way as season after season they don't have things to play for, and so their rival not doing well becomes a much bigger deal to them than it should be, and would be to other clubs
