bakerlou The Football Governance Bill didn't get passed prior to the wind-up of the current Parliament, so we're a but further away from any formal Regulator (and / or being made an early doors Test Case, as Roger Titford reported in the new WSC).

Probably a good thing. Labour will resurrect it, with a PM who is a genuine football fan. It's not a hard left incoming government, but where the interests of fans are in direct conflict with billionaire and hedge fund owners, they'll still be more inclined to side with fans than the Tories.

Not sure about that.

A new incoming government will have a million things more important than football to sort.

There's also a good chance of a hung parliament which will make it even worse.

At least locally Redwood is going. He alone gave no support at all.

I'm not sure if this refers to our crook or someone else but it appears Dai has annoyed some very angry looking man a while back

Fair point. No doubt the incoming secretary for culture, media and sport and their ministers will sit around twiddling their thumbs and earning a salary for nothing, while telling us their department is a waste of resources given the challenges the country is facing.

Nope but you can watch my chat with Yazmine Delarose here - https://youtu.be/gL83t3pZwHA?si=OhQkXPAqnxJO7bJY

Alternatively take a watch of a recent interview with Hard-Fi front man Richard Archer who did mention Lloyd Owusu and Jay Tabb - https://youtu.be/kf_crLeiyMY?si=i9wG0YasDm1Re4f7

I don't know why I mention this as if it's Dai Yongge stuff you want there is no better interview to find out how much of a mess he is in than this - https://youtu.be/_20KF1legnE?si=QRfQBkaaynAF0qIT

You can thank me later for it

Not meaning to be cruel but it's 100 minutes long and, if some people have a face for radio, you have a voice for silent movies.

Nice.

I've have gone with face for radio, voice for print media, but I like.

Have just watched the interview with Lewis Wing's partner.
It goes on a bit but not a bad interview at all.

Thanks mate, appreciate that. Most videos I do are about an hour long but it's fair constructive criticism that they need to be shorter

Length really should be dependent on the content and/or the chemistry between the interviewer and interviewee, sure if you wangled an interview with 'arry that you'd want a lot more than an hour and it'd be a good watch.

Are there any YT fan Reading FC dedicated channels other than the official club one? There used to be the 1871 channel but they packed it in last summer, just as things started to get interesting.

I think there's the odd teen wannabe doing post away game videos to a few dozen of their pals.

Probably a good thing. Labour will resurrect it, with a PM who is a genuine football fan. It's not a hard left incoming government, but where the interests of fans are in direct conflict with billionaire and hedge fund owners, they'll still be more inclined to side with fans than the Tories.
Generally, a new government is judged on the first 100 days. If Labour or anyone else other than the Conservatives win, They will want to make changes and get their new polices in place as soon as possible, the things they pledged to do when elected. Not sure pushing through some leftover policy from before the election will be a top priority.

You are having a laugh aren't you? What government fulfils their election pledges? Only the gullible fall for that one.
