Germany scored 5 and it worked out pretty well for them in their first game.

England have managed just 4 shots in the entire game. They've spent much of the 2nd half being more of a threat to their own goal than Serbia's. Finding some defensive class from somewhere really has to be a priority in the coming seasons.
