Hound Suppose the positive if this Wrexham side are one of the favourites for the division…

We need to do better in the final 3rd though. Been useless there

Wrexham definitely limited. But very organised. Very confident. Used to winning. Used to taking their chances.

Kelvin really really needs to stop being so casual with his passes and layoffs, they're most always yards short or slow and it ruins the move or puts us in danger too often.

Not played that badly. We just never get the rub of the green on penalties and we make poor decisions in shooting positions.

We need the takeover sorted ASAP and a few signings

Yes that’s fair enough. They’ve made enough mistakes at the back which haven’t quite gone our way (possible pen on Craig?) and smith hasn’t been great

Akande been ok and Kelv casual as you say. Elliot and Savage been good

Defence has looked very comfortable until those two dreadful goals.

Nice build up play but trying to walk it into the goal and need to get into their box a lot quicker. Dorsett needs to move his arse a bit when closing down, just strolls up to their right winger. Not sure I like Wing playing so far back either.

Pearce is 36 and playing for Bracknell, Mills (now 38) retired in 2020 and Gorkss (now 42) retired in 2018.

Unimpressed by the officiating; all the 50-50s are going against us. Would want to see the penalty appeal back, but looked like Bindon was being held.

Two very poor goals to concede. Annoying the goals have basically been their only chances.

A lot of indecision in the final third. Final ball hasn’t been anywhere near good enough when we’re getting the ball into the box, but we generally seem to want to pass the ball into the net.

Akande is proving he’s not ready to be starting at League One level, but we don’t have much of a choice.

Noticed at least five players (across both teams) lose their footing in that first half.

Still a route back into this. Can see an early change.

Essentially men against boys. We are very good, very technical but being bullied by the physicality of a very organised (but limited) team.

Just remember the average age of the defence is just 21, they haven't yet got the experience to deal with what's in front of them. A goal however could change things....
