Extended-Phenotype Not sure I fully understand how the other assets play a part in all this but couldn’t the protests target the car park or hotel rather than the games?
May as well target Costco or B&Q as Dai doesn’t own the hotel or car park.

I imagine some of the potential buyers see the carpark as an asset upon which they can build something, make bucket loads of money and then sell off what's left of the actual football club, not realising that the former Thai owners did just this but presumably playing the long game waiting until the economy picks up and the things they build will actually make money rather than build it now and have it just cost the money.Extended-Phenotype Ah. Well, where did all the beef come from regarding the car park (with the Reading saga it’s difficult follow what is fact and fiction, considering the former is often stranger than the latter).

Whore Jackie Thais own the car park and hotel.
Not sure where the line is drawn in terms of the stadium and hotel boundaries. Who owns all the conference room facilities? The Club aka Dai or the Thais?

I don’t think it is as simple as that. There are Thai’s involved in both (and there was, may even still be a Thai on the club board) but I think the hotel is owned by a company owned by one of the Thai’s and the car park is owned by a wider consortium, and Reading FC did have a share as well but not sure if they still do. It’s still a bit of a rat’s nest even before you start looking at Dai’s web.

Don't "the club" own the hotel (ie the building) while the operation of it is tendered out to a highest bidder every so often?

I’ve applied to open account with them.
I’ll then go overdrawn.
That will teach them…...for whatever.

I imagine that the Chinese government, well known for their measured approach to dissent, would be entirely tolerant of any protest by the British on their (recently returned) shores.
I’m sure that protesting outside a bank, that we need on our side, can only go well for us!
