Mid Sussex Royal Agree with above, looking down for now....in fact we only have to go back 2 years to find us in a similar position at this time of the season, we won at Hull just before the world cup break leaving us 10th......then a spate of injuries and an unexpected points deduction (at least when it was announced) killed us.

We won 1st games back from the WC too, we were miles clear. Even with 6 points deducted, the form was appalling to take us down. Sometimes the deduction covers up how badly the management and players screwed up their position.

Is there anyone on the playing staff he didn't throw under a bus? The players must have been so disheartened. Still to this day struggle to understand how he got the job or how he even got on the clubs radar to think he was god enough.

Probably because ‘somebody’ believed that his current staff and players needed a kick up the arse?

They didn’t like it, but it worked for a while.

It was on the basis as U7s football, wasn’t it - the team were in a bind so one of the boys’ dads had to step in.
