Brogue I actually think Lampard would be fine in the chump, he did OK at derby albeit with biggest budget in the league at the time.
We shall see, in advanced talks with Coventry now.

Clyde1998sputnik Cooper gone from Leicester
It's a stupid decision, as a lot of these are. I don't know what Leicester are expecting this season; they're doing about as well as could be expected for a new manager coming in at a newly promoted side. They don't seem to have spent a lot, in Premier League terms, either - given they also sold Dewsbury-Hall to Chelsea for £30m.
The only disappointing results would be drawing their games against Palace; Everton and Ipswich, based on how sides have started the season. They'd obviously be upset about losing to Forest.

The very same Dewsbury-Hall who will barely make any appearances for them before starting the usual range of loans leading to an eventual move to somewhere like Stockport for next to nothing. Chelsea really should be held accountable for ******* up so many players careers, but then it’s amazing that so many players still sign for them.

I think the player has to take as much responsibility, if not more. It's the money and prestige that draws players.
He'd absolutely be a regular at Leicester, where as he's got 44 Premier League minutes off the bench, played twice in the League Cup and has five appearances in the Conference League - he only got half a game against Noah.
It's not like he knew Chelsea didn't already have a massive squad. They've even got Cesare Casadei sitting in their first team squad, who looked like he'd become a good Premier League player; I doubt he'll get opportunities to improve whilst sat in the Chelsea's reserves and making the odd appearance in random cup competitions. At 21, he needs to be playing regular football. Seems like a total waste, but I'm sure it's very comfortable.

The mentality of players is that they all believe they're good enough for the top and that they will succeed with the big chance they're being given. They're confident that they'll force their way into the first team, if not at first but that they'll get their chance when the player with the shirt is injured and then they'll seize it with both hands. If they didn't have that mentality and level of self-belief they'd probably not have got to where they are already, so it's just an extension of that mindset for them.
I was once told by a pro that one of the dreads they all have is looking back at the end of their career and thinking : "What might have happened if I hadn't turned down that big move?"

Get that completely, no player is likely to ever turn down a big club move, just feel that Chelsea could do a bit better than just buy anyone who looks even vaguely promising just stick so many of them into a loan loop before eventually spitting them to the lower divisions out 5 years later.
