Maybe now is the time for a demonstration outside the Chinese Embassy, whilst their less than ethical conduct is headline news.

Show the media that it's not just Ponce Andrew who may have got into a mess with the Chinese. And that The Royals really are in trouble having been bought by a Chinese guy who has been known to associate with some less than desirable characters within the Chinese state.

But football is such a high risk, speculative industry. His business plan could have been ruined by an ACL injury or a ref howler in the play offs.

Partly may be the loss of earnings from the money he loaned the club and sunk in legal fees.

He wouldn't get anywhere, but it wouldn’t be hard to show the vastly increased revenue in the Championship and increase in club value from it and show he could have made X extra in TV, gate and merchandising, plus potential sale.

The aim won't be to see Court, it'll be to force a settlement that is either buying the club for the previous deal, or getting his legal fees, maybe a bit more.

I think its to do with what they were paying for it against its actual value so what they could have sold it on for.....all a bit tenuous.

Don't trust him one bit , and pleased he failed. He's probably not the saviour we all want.
