Royal Lady I don't care - as I said on another thread on this very subject, it's only cos I happen to hate the name with a vengeance! I'll sing Sweet RFC instead of Caroline and I should be able to cope!

Sweet Camomile.... Didn't know tea could taste this good?

YAYAYAYAYAYA, Whatever.

Alan Partridge It's not even in question

Hands, touching hands
Touching me, Touching youuuuuuuuuuuuu
Sweeeeeeeeet Caroline
good times never felt so good
I feel inclined, to believe they never would......
READING clap clap clap

8) 8) 8)

Don't like adding to songs but on this one at the end it just needs a READING here ^^^

Just so they know it's ours. Of course that is for when it's sung without backing music. 8)

Royal Lady I didn't say that FFS  Where's your dad? has he slit his wrists yet?
And you say I need to grow up?

F*ck me, I'd be embarrassed if my Mum or Auntie made that sort of comment; let alone on an internet forum for christs sake.

Rest assured if you or me made such a comment then there'd be people demanding us to be banned from the board.
Perhaps a break from the board is necessary for RL, give her time to mature. Like putting a 5 year old in the naughty corner for 10 minutes for hitting their sister....

Does this mean I can now come out of the closet and admit that I actually like some of Neil Diamond's songs?!

Yes for me

A mate of mine whose musical taste tends toward maximum rock 'n' roll swears to this day that the absolute highlight of his life was sitting sixth-row at a Neil Diamond show.

And he was a fan to begin with. You're safe.

Aye from me too. I've been singing this drunkenly for years so hearing it on Sunday gave me a warm glow...then I realised I'd stuffed my burger in my jacket when Murts scored.

A big yes from me too - the fact it obviously 'means ' something to the players ought to be a big consideration too...

Where it began
I can't begin to knowin'
But then I know it's growing strong

Was in the spring
And spring became the summer
Who'd have believed you'd come along

Hands, touchin' hands
Reachin' out
Touchin' me
Touchin' you

Sweet Caroline
Good times never seemed so good
I've been inclined
To believe they never would

But now I
Look at the night
And it don't seem so lonely
We fill it up with only two
And when I hurt
Hurtin' runs off my shoulders
How can I hurt when I'm with you

Warm, touchin' warm
Reachin' out
Touchin' me
Touchin' you

Sweet Caroline
Good times never seemed so good
I've been inclined
To believe they never would
Oh, no, no

Sweet Caroline
Good times never seemed so good
I've been inclined
To believe they never would
Sweet Caroline

It rocks and it's what the players want so surely it's a no brainer.

There's a good sound at Wolves when they do their "Hi-Ho..." this could be miles better if we can get into it. Lasts longer for a start!

Sweeeeeet Caroline bam bam bam

Nah ne naaaah, ne nah ne nah
